Why it’s a spot: Nestled where Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park meets the Colorado River, Secret Beach isn’t really much of a secret, but it’s also not much of a beach. You’ll have to take a trail down to the water, but it’s not much of a hike. If you’re longing for a true “beach” experience don’t expect much from this spot, but this is a nice quick way to be waterfront, just minutes from downtown. This is a favorite spot for local nature lovers.
